Exploring the French Riviera | Cote d'Azur Vlog (Nice, Eze, Monaco, Menton, St Paul de Vence, Cannes

On the summer of 2018, I explored the French and Italian Riviera with one of my best friends. I was unlucky and all of my camera gear got stolen on the second day, and so, I gave up on what it was supposed to be my first travel vlog. I still managed to record some videos, and so, I gathered all of that footage together to show you guys some of what we saw while exploring this part of Europe.
I was trully surprised by the beauty in all of these areas, and I am sure you will too!
Such a wonderful part of Europe!
Here are the locations we visited in order: Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Èze, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, La Turbie (Tete de Chien viewpoint), Monaco, Menton, Saint Paul de Vence, Cannes.

Hi Ken, thank you so much for watching! :) I did couchsurfing and only found amazing hosts!! As for general safety, do keep an eye on your belongings at all times, as Nice was the place where I got robbed during a meal at MacDonalds. I am sure you will love your trip! :D

Danny!!! Thank you so much for these. We are planning to visit Provence and The Rivièra for about 10-12 days at the end of September and your videos have really helped. We will not be driving, but will be using Public Transport so do you recommend to stay in Nice and go to all these hidden gems like Franche de Mer, Cap Ferat, Eze and Menton or should we stay at different places every now and then? That may get tiring right? What do you suggest?

When we did this trip back in 2018 we were not driving so we took public transportation pretty much everywhere. Nice is a great place to stay if you want to access Cap Ferrat, Villefranche-sur-Me, Eze, Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vence, Monaco and Menton. Public transportation to all of them is pretty straight forward and accessible. Really glad the videos I did ages ago (that to be honest were quite poor in quality 😭) are helping your planing! I hope you have a wonderful time in this beautiful corner of the world 😍😍

How did your camera stuff get stolen? Is Nice safe?

Nice is generally safe tbh, but there are groups of people who work together to take things from tourists (that's how they make their living). I was sitting in Macdonald's when a big family sat in front of me and when I looked at them someone stole my bag that was on the chair right next to me. It was literally 3sec of me getting distracted for them to take it. Most likely the family was involved as they disappeared soon after. Just make sure you keep your belongings with you at all times and you should be alright! 😊

I really enjoyed the French Riviera, but everyone has different opinions and taste, and that's the beauty of it: some people will prefer beach, some others mountains, and thanks to it, we have all sorts of tourism 😊
