Found out something interesting about the tow truck today. The Up-an-Atomizer has no effect on it. So if you get stuck you can't use it to move the truck.

The rappel mechanic was actually from the Diamond Casino Heist! for one of the routes you can take to get inside you have to rappel down to a lower floor! I think they just used the same mechanic for this as it's the same thing as if you were trying to sneak into the Diamond Casino. LOL sorry if this bursted your bubble!!
