Because of you Thor, I dug out my tremolo pedal that I ordered from Ebay about 15 years ago. It's an effect that I have totally ignored over the years. It's an E-Wave and obviously a clone of something or other but I really like it! Thanks my friend!

How cool. I've always had a tremolo on my board, but that said, I'm quite picky in what kind. I've tried a few that didn't do it for me. The reason I like the Fulltone Supa-Trem and now this Harmonious Monk, is the softness of the effect. I still prefer the Fulltone as an amplitude tremolo because of that, but also because it has a preamp that does something to the overall tone. Almost like the EchoPlex preamp. Cheers!

Thanks Brian. A tremolo is the one modulation effect I have always kept on my board. This new harmonic type gives me something inspiring to use. And I have missed that since I decided to get rid of other kinds like phaser or chorus. Cheers.

Hi, that's a good question. I'm afraid I was a bit too hard with the scissors tool in my edit process, and I discovered after I published the video that a vital part where I talked about that was gone. But in short, it is about the preamp inside it that provides a kind of magic ingredient, almost like the more famous Echoplex Preamp. I have read that it is an Analog Devices JFET preamp. I also think it gives a less intrusive tremolo effect, almost like a soft heartbeat. Good idea to do a separate video on the Supa-Trem. Cheers!
