Posed to move in at the beginning of the year. Looking forward to the community and what it will be come. It WILL be Fate’s best subdivision, and what Edgewater should have been.

Thats awesome. Which builder did you go with? I agree, Edgewater was always an interesting thought but in my opinion the place that they missed was the 40ft lots with rear entry garages. This is where Montera got it right.

Edgewater missed it by a long shot with those 40 and 50ft lot with rear entry. Those yards are too small I don't see edgewater appreciating over time. Just signed a contract with Peter from grand homes looking forward to this community.

Any positive news from the Woodcreek community in fate?

Positive is there is still build opportunities. Builders like Beazer, Tri-pointe, First Texas, Pulte and horton still have homes that are being built. That neighborhood seems to continue to expand.
