Ford Era: / @fordera
I had the pleasure of getting an early look at the "Soddy Daisy Collection", which consists of over 100 cars and trucks that are in desperate need of a new home. It's incredible to see all these vehicles packed in together right next to each other! I also managed to snag one as well; which one do you think I got?

Two things 1. that's a very cool collection and 2. because of the prices people are asking for them is why people like me will never be able to afford a 70's era rust bucket to fix up and drive.

That's what really makes me angry, opportunist douches like that who don't even know enough about Ford trucks to mention the real special features of a Super Camper Special which are the long wheel base and wider factory rear wheels for added stability without needing duals while hauling a slide in camper, are jacking up the prices to insane levels and being predatory with what amounts to a bunch of worn out dented, rusty crap. I hope the economy collapses while he is in debt over his eyebrows and he has to eat it for being that way and screwing over normal dudes who need trucks like that to actually use.

I'm a Ford guy and love the era of trucks he has. Just the same, I can appreciate all the cool trucks no matter the make. I would have been disappointed if you didn't take at least one home with you. How relevant is this video to me? I owned a 77 Ford long box with a 400 that was loaded, and a 82 Dodge Ram 4X4. I really like both of them.

As a Ford Guy i would be in heaven. Old Dentside Ford's are my favorite trucks especially the 78s and 79s. I have even more of a soft spot for these because my dad owns a 79 F150 that he races from time to time and that thing is like a time capsule inside and out and he has a 79 F350 that we put to work. he also used to have a 78 F250 that he would take to Truck Pulls. WOW! I grew up with Ford dent sides and bump sides AND a 1973 Dodge Club Cab. My brother and sister and I all learned how to drive on dads 1975 F100 Custom 302 automatic long bed. Before that he had a 1969 F250 Custom bump side 390 4 speed with a flat bed. My Great Aunt bought new the 1973 Dodge D200 Club Cab 360 automatic long bed white over bright blue lower. As a little kid I made many long road trips with her while sitting in the little jump seats. I remember the back floor getting too hot for your feet; apparently no heat shields on the exhaust! I knew exactly where those fuses were, under that giant glove box lid which covered the fuses and the little glove box! I hope you got the red Dodge, and go back for some others! Great video and thanks for the trip down memory lane!

It still needs to have its driveline completed( all parts are included ). Includes a fully rebuilt /restored flathead, the original three-speed manual, and a brand new C6 with adapter kit. The body is all steel and blocked out in primer and is waiting for final paint. Tons and tons of brand new OEM/ new old stock /reproduction parts are included. I don't know the best platform to sell it on. Any thoughts out there?

Although the C6 sucked up a lot of power and was heavy, they were bullet proof. If yours failed, there was something wrong done to them. My dad killed three. I figured out why after it was too late. Don't fault the transmission.

Solomon is like me in that my 86 chevy k20 custom deluxe long bed 3/4 ton well used beat to hell 4x4 farm truck.. it was a midnight blue and frost gloss white deluxe two tone truck but no cab band aluminum trim or white painted roof, anyways the doors were rusty and had big holes in them and ate out where the adhesive molding of the 86 chevy custom deluxe and scottsdale truck had, and the outer bedsides were the same way, the bed was twisted and bent but the frame was not or rusted through the tailgate was bowed but if you held the left bedside in place and slammed the tailgate shut it would stay closed. It was a portable fertilizer sprayer truck that had the neoprene polymer tank in the back with a sprayer pump that plugged in the bed trailer hitch 7 round pin plug,, and the bed floor and almost all of the cab floor was solid and it had ac but it was removed when they changed the factory Rusty doghouse except the factory single headlight core support and the factory hood, and everything else on the truck worked including the factory fasten belts buzzer and the 4 way flashers, both reverse lights came on in reverse and what surprised me was the transmission th 400 straight column gear indicator actually moved when you put the truck in Dr.. I've had nicer trucks and that stuff didn't work or wasn't even present..
