Leave to Roam yes it’s a paradise! Beautiful scenery and very friendly people! Visited this place in Dec 2016. Made a lot of friends there! Planning to go there again soon maybe Dec 2019! There is a new international airport call Silangit. Is very convenient fir me to fly to Lake Toba now from Malaysia! Only within 2 hours from Malaysia to Lake Toba. Feeling very exited! I love Toba! It’s like a paradise! One more thing I felt the time is slowing down there! Ha...maybe is just too relax!

Beautiful video. Never made it to this part of Indonesia yet but I am putting it down for a future trip. Lake Toba looks beautiful and serene despite its cataclysmic past. The only super volcanoes I’ve been are Lake Taupo in Al’s homeland and Yellowstone in my backyard. Gotta visit this one.

Lake Toba is amazing. iam visit Taman Simalem Resort several years ago. and the Lake Toba view from there is incredible. Next trip, you should visit Komodo national park in Labuan Bajo, Flores. 1 hour flight from Bali.
