In August 2014, during a cruise up the West Coast of Vancouver Island, the crew of Venture took the tender into the Marble River. This short video documents what we saw.

I think what I enjoy the most about your videos, Tony, is that you let the landscape and scenery speak for itself: very little narrative allows for us to see and experience it as if we were there.

I think that your videos are amongst the most understated works I have seen. Bravo. Your common sense of adventure is so widely captivating.

Captivating video. Great work on the narration and just the overall energy captured by yourself being passionate about your journeys. Thanks so much, many safe and beautiful trips ahead!

It was so nice to have learnt there is a video of the Lower Marble River. I made the trip myself into the lower reaches of the Marble too but in way back in 1975, but still so memorable.

I’ve been to Vancouver Island and believe it to be almost the most beautiful diverse places I have ever been. It’s almost a microcosm of Canada in its entirety.

Yes! It even has housing crises, a terrible homelessness/drug epidemic and complete gentrification!

Lived and grew up on north van isle. Love these places. However I wish it was not on KZbin. Less publicity keeps it pristine.

You must do a lot of research to find all of these neat places. It was beautiful!
