How do you know it’s not your imagination? I get responses immediately when I try this and so enthusiastic that I just think I’m nuts, rocks, trees, plants, animals and some times it weirds me out and I ignore it. Is that really something trying to communicate?

The best advice I've heard from other pros is meditate. Like going to the gym, the point of meditation is the repeated exercise of returning a wandering mind back to the focus. In doing so, we become very familiar with the texture of our own thoughts, so that we can more easily identify a thought as our own versus something else.

I feel like this sometimes, I have to remind myself that the proof is in the results that I receive. If I am communicating with my cats, and I see their reaction to the change in my behavior, because they specifically asked for that change, I KNOW it’s real. I have Clairolfactory. I get a wood smoke smell when spirit is alerting me of something bad or good that is going to happen to either me or someone I'm close to. I couldn't tell for who and what. I've been now honing it, and can most time pick up on what, and who, but not exact details or what will exactly happen.

I appreciate your honesty and how you articulate. You don't make it confusing! It's hard enough to understand what's awakening or heightening with no instruction manual, let alone some of the confusing metaphysical verbiage that's out there. I need help Constance! I had an experience and I think they were interdemensional. I think, even though they dropped from the sky. I also, can see them become a part of the trees or the earth. Some look like people, but different groups, some were beings I have no reference for. Some Evil also came. I'm guessing an open portal? Some shapeshifted and were tricksters. Maybe, they all were. I have been asking God to please give me clarity. It all happened at one time. So, I don't know if they all were trickster energies or are some a higher vibration. One in particular showed me a movie reel of his family, babies, how his foot was injured. That's another story. He also, got down on his knee and gave me a glowing E. Well, it seemed to be am E, but one line was longer. Anyway, the Evil, I casted put and it took about a week to rid them all. Cause they kept coming, bit I still see alot of beings in the trees, grass, ground etc during the day. At night, some manifest into a physical form. Some, hang looking like stars, until they land. Some stay in a spirit form. Some look like glowing lights of all colors, they seen to be shapeshifting and do manifest. I see them everywhere!!!!! I've been afraid to communicate, because of the bad I dealt with. BUT.....I'm so curious why do I see them? Why are they in our forests? Do they need our energy? Are they from another dimension or from another planet? Have you had any experience with these beings? It seems more and more people are seeing them? Who are they? Maybe, I'm not sure what my question is. I guess it's the need to know who they are and should I try to communicate. I guess, I want to know if you see them?

When in doubt- go without. In other words: Don’t ask them, ask higher. 🙂 I have not directly experienced this, but I can suggest sourcing your answers for assistance from spirit. I highly recommend that you try to get higher level awareness for what is happening. Set aside meditation time to connect with the highest being that is aligned with your truth, that can come forward to give you guidance on this all. Use all of your soul senses to lean into this high vibration and hold conversation. Don’t ask those beings that you have seen, I’m encouraging you to ask angelic realm or high level guide for assistance to comprehend the full experience. My question is, is that hearing things you may think are others thoughts..A couple of times I repeated what I thought I heard, and they told me I was crazy. Now, I am afraid to speak out. Theresa. 🙏🏽 I know EXACTLY how you feel. I know that very struggle personally. I go in waves of eating items that don't include a loss of life. Mostly, I adore the prayers of gratitude, blessings, and asking that these sources live on in me, fortifying both of us - even when they fold into me, even when it means they have given their life. And yes, I even mean the plant life. It's such a journey. But I really turn my honoring like that of the Native American's who have thanked creation and the being who has given their life to feed me. It is definitely a tough one. If I could live on nuts, seeds, and other vegetation that wouldn't include pulling or chopping up veggies, or such - I would. I have been a vegan but am not one any longer. Maybe I shall return to it. There are definitely animal products and such that I will not consume. I feel too deeply. The decision is yours, and I'm sure you consider nutritional needs while maintaining the right choices for you. But how I have reconciled is conscious choices and intense gratitude.
