Thanks again for the kind words since last week 🙏 but please no more apologies, we move forward and welcome to all who joined as we grow past 80k. YOU ALL SET IT ON FIRE! In this video with a bit of playfulness it try to put into words what kind of travel drives me and that's not modern Western looking places. I want to experience that which is unfamiliar and I really don't know any better then to walk/ride into places when it interests me even if sometimes these are places that some of you wouldn't recommend or don't like to see. Over the years I've had some of the best experiences in those kind of places and the good people and kindness that come your way there most of the time doesn't really surprise me anymore. The same thing in India so far, a lot more good than bad and if you've watched a few videos you've probably noticed by now that it's mainly the people we've met that make the video. The world is only getting smaller so I'd like to keep exploring the to me unfamiliar and at time wild side while it's still possible.

It's not fault of indians that we don't want the natural rawness anymore But wish for develop into same materialistic modern developed society as developed countries are today coz there's a limit to taking in insults by outsiders for ur financial & lookwise poor condition that is result of what exploitation done by those same outsiders too in past, We are working hard to remove that shameful category & racist tags they put us in for our Nation's condition and keep ridiculing us, we don't want that & thus working hard to change into such greedy, selfish, self-centered, show-off, wasted, materialistic, individualist developed nations societies for better or worse, But one thing for sure We trying to keep the indian touch & spirit of india alive along to that Unlike China or US where culture & traditions, diversity in languages,etc got crushed first before high end modern development. Also, pedro may found it gud & unique coz it's different rare to him but it's all pain struggles for the locals who have to live such life in such condition daily, We too wish to enjoy life, leave in relaxed clean place like they do in their place back home, so we can have privilege to be bored of the luxury, the ease enough to go on fulfill not our needs or wants but luxury passion & wishes like travelling around globe to see other humbled ppl struggling living the way we used to do decades back And feel gud when they treat us with their self-humility & we can find items in their places dirt-cheap as the place itself they live in.

I felt what you mean. Many Indians consider these small streets in major cities with modern brand shops and buildings as development. But they don’t realise what they leave behind in the real India back in their villages, the cows, dogs, cats , humans living together, the temple meals, the local chai stalls, the spice markets, green fields, the dhabas, the plastic less life, the “addas” where people gather just to talk, etc etc That is the real India. The precious one.

Food style/flavour is different in every state and different parts of single state.. So no-one can describe India in short. India is the world within itself. There are some common things that are followd from Kashmir to Tamilnadu. India often boasts the slogan 'unity in diversity' but this is not the case. Villages discriminate against other villages, religion discriminates against other religions, different communities discriminate against other communities. When someone from other state looks down on people from other state then how can india grow. People accept English instead of Hindi. Hindi is enforced but actually most of the states in India are non-Hindi speaking states. Indians are proud of their culture. But denies the truth that for centuries indians have discriminated and stolen, cheated, blackmailed each other based on caste, creed and color. That's Indian history. Indians don't respect fellow indians. Try to observe how when you shop. Observe while you are in traffic. Observe as you stand in line for a simple movie ticket. Do you find this experience peaceful. No, no. You are in anxiety. You are on high alert as most of the indians will cut in line to take your place. Is there respect shown to you as a human being? That's the indian mentality. Intrude on other people's space and property. Indian mentality is barbaric and savage, which is impossible to change.😢

Hey Pedro, goto to magnificent place, Sringeri sharadamba temple, which is in place called Sringeri. You need to take bus from Bangalore (6-7 hours Journey), if you start journey at night bus, you will reach morning. You can visit whole day, so many spots to see in that place, same-day or next day you can return back to Bangalore.

Bangalore has changed from the good old 60's. MG Road was about 30 meters wide, as we use to sit on the concrete benches opposite the shops and can look right down the road. Around 6.30 pm, the weather was nice a cool and a thin mist covered the road. Lakeview was the only ice cream restaurant where we use to go and have our favourite flavors. Ofcourse, Brigade Road was my favourite haunt, as I use to walk up and down looking at things on either side. Later, the Only Place opened at the bottom of Brigades, close to Rex Theatre. And Koshy's was my coffee time there. The 70's witnessed the first sky scrapper, called Topcapi as Bangalore was known as the garden city then. Most every home, in the Cantonment Areas, had a nice garden with all sorts of plants in them. I remember, I use to cycle from Cooke Town, all the way to my college in Ardugudi, Christ College. From there, One could drive up to Banergatta, to see some wild life and to Anekal further up. I would definitely say, Bangalore was good then. It's to crowded for me now. Those memories will remain❤

Even 15 years back when I visited, a lot of the old Bangalore vibe still persisted and seeing it, I moved there 5 years back. Last year, however, I felt like most of the charm of Bangalore faded away so I shifted away from Bangalore. So many places and venues I used to go to got shut and even the music scene which I loved in Bangalore shifted completely to Mumbai and elsewhere. And not to mention the sudden increase in rent and lifestyle expenses from the startup boom. Still yearn for that old Bangalore.
