Another great video. Favorite Ham-Tuber by far. You're single-handedly inspiring me to get off my large posterior and get back out onto the trails, and to finally focus on learning to CW. Hopefully I'll see you out there this spring/summer!

Another great activation video. I am just now learning CW and can't wait to make that first QSO. Also, I am excited to see your review and activation using the QMX. I have a friend that received his QMX a couple of months. He has been trying to talk me into getting one. I am putting together my CW field kit/go bag. My main rig is the TX-500 with an ATU-10 QRP tuner and a Bioenno 3Ah battery. For antennas I purchased a K6ARK EFHW and a Gabil 7350 vertical. I am looking for a CW only backup rig and am leaning towards the SW3B, but will wait until I see your review of the QMX. Thanks for the great videos and for keeping me inspired to keep pushing forward on my CW journey...73

Nice activation, thanks for sharing Thomas. Yeah, I could never warm up to the paddle on the KX1. I'm glad I have it nonetheless but always use an external paddle.

I bought a Tuftein cover for the KX2 after I saw it on your channel. I must say it is the perfect cover for the KX2 especially if you have the KX side rails installed. PS. I always use the granny through to deploy my line. I have never mastered the "Roy Rogers" style even though I am a big fan of Roy. 73 from KD9SOK.

The Last reported death by black bear was early 1800's. Toy Poodles have treed Black Bears! Keep in mind the reporting in the 1800's was sketchy at best. Heard you mention the QMX! If you haven't already built it you will definitely enjoy it. Its a bit of a challenge compared to the QCX. Also at this point i still think the QCX is the better CW rig. Though i saw that Hans released a new firmware version so i need to test it out and see if it makes the experience better. It supposedly solves some keyer timing issues that were pretty annoying. About the only thing left is AGC.
