Except when he was captured/trap, like, more than princess Peach. I start counting when he was captured in Exodus 3 time in my first 5 hours and just start the first open world map. Dude has the wrost cut-scene syndrome I ever saw in any video game characte (Dying Light is a close second thought). EDIT: and if any of you are wondering, I think he got captured in every map in Exodus.

Very different styles. Volgun is a great storyteller but most of the time he is essentially just reciting the Wiki, though he does that very well. TES injects a lot of original musings and philosophical takes into his videos which make for good viewing even if you're already familiar with the article and SCP in question.

One evening I spent a couple hours reading through the whole canon. Outside the individual SCP articles I really dig the tale "Exierunt ut Vinceret". The whole idea of the leader of the Global Occult Coalition, DC AI Fine, being a rogue karcist who betrayed her sarkic brethren to go on and lead an organization that hunts and exterminates sarkics, type greens, and other supernaturally empowered beings like herself with extreme prejudice was a pretty cool twist.

They're an ancient chinese dynasty from a period of time where china made widespread use of anomalous technology and featured their own unique mekhanite and sarkic sects. They referred to mekhane as 'the serpant' and yaldabaoth as 'the dragon.' Because of their apocalyptic downfall that left nothing behind except for legends past down through history and a few scattered anamolous ruins, only the foundation is aware of the true nature of their existence.

In the age where companies are buying up IP’s, I can see an SCP series coming around at some point. It could even be episodic, where each is a single or double casefile (that are connected). The fabric of the scp universe is constantly being built, and the laws of their universes isn’t always constant. It could be fun

Sarkic SCPs - they'll always have a special place in my sick twisted heart. The flesh that hates or "the meat that beats" as some people call it was the first video I listened to from TES. Ever since that video I've been hooked on this series. It's everything I wanted in a horror genre. It's sick, twisted , downright chaotic. Yet for some reason it's one of the most oddly relatable aspects of the SCP universe. To me it's what I think of when I think "alien". So grotesquely horrifying and different yet familiar. It reminds me of the The Crimson from Terraria - by far my favourite biome in that game. Anyway keep up the great work TES, I look forward to more of these Sarkic SCPs!! 💎

The strangest thing about the SCP universe to me is when they imply that many dangerous world ending anomalies are either close to breaking out of whatever jail or are growing in strength and can’t be stopped. But it never seems to reach the breaking point.

That’s is because there is an infinity of universe in the SCP multiverse. Which means that statistically there always worlds in which all catastrophic event will be avoided. Even if 99% of all world get destroyed there still an infinity of world who survives

there are a few scps, & especially tales, & canons that actually depict an apocalypse, but it can never become the default for obvious reasons
