Straight off I am liking your vlog style. I haven’t been to Malta since I was 16 which is a lifetime ago. Keep Telling Kim we will go. This has made me certain to make it happen. Not sure what the air raid warning was. Did you ever find out. Valletta has changed since I was there last but then I was only seeing it through young eyes. The cathedral is simply beautiful. Stunning. Deffo our type of thing. St George did get around a bit. Right Lunch time. Who doesn’t like a food market. Tastes like the early 80s. Love that. Kim would love the gardens. That’s her passion. What a view. 👌🏻. Ah steps. I am not a fan if I’m honest. 😂. Wow the view and water is just stunning. A very special spot. 🙏🏼 love the cannons. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing around Valletta with you both. A lot of memories for me there with my Mum & Dad. Thanks for the tour. Have a great weekend. 👍🏻🚶🏻‍♂️🚶‍♀️

What a gorgeous place. I think I might have been there once when working on the ships, but can't remember it! Thanks for a lovely tour of the city. It's stunning. Wow the gold in that church!! George is gorgeous!! Love a food market. Fountain found - bring on the guns! Ah wow, that's so amazing, to stand where your dad did. Lovely. We'd love to visit Valletta. It has so much character. The word Sliema hasn't got an 'a' in front of the 'm' so why do you keep saying Slieama and not Sliema? Talk to locals.

Thanks for your continued input, Terry. We had a lovely chat with the staff at our Sliema Hotel. They were welcoming, patient and kind. Very helpful with issues around pronunciation. We had a very long chat about Mdina so look forward to that one! 👍

Chill out! Why the bitterness? Have you never pronounced a word wrong in your whole life? You could have kindly shown them how to pronounce it properly instead of patronising them.

@ElviraCondomine bless you Elvira. We really do try, honestly! We were in NZ last year on honeymoon and were constantly checking with locals on Maori pronunciation!
