I just watched a KZbin video of a couple who bought a new spec home in the Village of Richmond via The Villages new home lottery system. Seems so stressful, but they were looking for a home specifically in Richmond. I would rather get a preowned home with a low or no bond balance, but that's just me. Great information as always Robyn.
