A little tip for you bringing the lift in with a forklift. Pick the lift up from the center, and approach the door backward. Swing the forklift around parallel to the building when you reach the door, with half the lift sticking through the door, and the forklift still outside. Keep going back until the lift is then almost touching the door runner, and turn in. Hooking the end in, and entering like this means you can fit an item through the door easily, that is almost twice as wide as your door. If you also have a side-shift attachment on the forks, use this to your advantage. I hope that makes some sense?
