Don't go near the old Whaling Station if you are by yourself or you can't see other tourists there , it's notorious for getting assaulted & robbed .

I used to live on the Bluffand the beaches were great so was CHEVKERS the supermarket..Do miss it all AS I REMEMBER IT ALL,,

Everything run by ANC looks similar, even the military barracks are in ruins. I remember diving that area, the caves are incredible.

Awesome video 👍 I remember going down there as a kid with my parents, I have never forgotten that stink! At least that practice has stopped in most places around the world, us humans love to make species extinct.

Not sure about that if I'm honest . Maybe it was on lease from military base or something and now just abandoned but the land is owned by government
