2:03 + 2:22 If this was Seasons 1-5, Del would’ve given Rodney a good hiding. No offence, but I feel like the writers made Del a bit of a pushover after Rodney got with Cassandra. They allowed Rodney to talk back to Del and even physically abuse him. In the previous seasons, whenever Rodney was acting out of order, Del would threaten Rodney with abuse or scold him because that’s how discipline was back in 80s. But in later seasons, Del hardly ever disciplined Rodney with abuse. Tho, tbf, he would still scold him and call him funny names, like dipstick and plonker! 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😄😁

Aye. This is 6! Personal Fave = Chain Gang. Try not to compare with the shorter episodes (or Specials) as have their own joy & nostalgia. Love 'em all (apart from final couple), but lol Del wouldn't hurt Rodders & was just happy (yet a tad envious) of his younger 'Bruv' I reckon. Look @ Del when he got with Raquel! Now that's changing + Rodders even ended up back Home when they were 'in Relationships'! Just can't believe Cassandra & Raquel never both in any Scenes! Not even 1!?!

@@nickycotton6137 The brothers relationship changed not in a horrible way when Rodney met Cassandra it does when siblings met a boyfriend or girlfriend Cassandra opened Rodney eyes 👁️ to a different life del was pleased when Cassandra dad Alan gave Rodney a job in he printing firm he wasn't jealous Cassandra mother didn't like it when Alan would go down the nag head with del boy and get drunk. 🤣
