Your explosive glide and release were on point - you move too fast for me to make out your footwork, I'll take your word on that point 😂

@@stevespyder True. At least the untrained didn't get many rounds; throwing it like a baseball instead of putting it like a shot IS dangerous. But to reiterate; these fun, casual events don't follow strict T&F rules, speaking as a USATF certified official, I think about everyone would have been DQ'd at some point for false starts, lane violations, etc. Including Nick! (I saw what you did there...😉). I think it's cool that he added field events, and out of the throws, the shot was probably the least problematic. I'm looking forward to the Decathlon Showdown, but I think it should be a speed-decathlon, with all events taking place in under 4 hours!
