Tatiana has been a fan of Spiritbox for a long time. Apparently Jinjer was also playing this festival and she was asked to feature on this performance.. She did this without a single rehearsal

Tatiana is a 5' 3" thermonuclear weapon that explodes when she hits the deck (stage). Plus, she is an otherworldly growler. Truth! I've seen Jinjer a couple of times live so far and have met them all too. I gave Tatiana a cookie monster shirt in '19. Told her why. lol She didn't know cookie monster. Eugene told her he was a Muppet. Too cute. Hug and a handshake with my arm over her shoulder with her holding up the shirt for the photo. All of them are very nice and normal people. Nothing pretentious at all. Looking forward to their next show in my area. Oh, I'm a 58 year old rock musician and Jinjer is my favorite band from this century. 🤘

This was pretty unexpected all around. One of those spontaneous events that just creates magic. Nobody in the crowd knew. A few weeks later a few of us got to ask Tatiana about it at a VIP meet and greet event before they played in Denver and she said she was pretty nervous about singing someone else's song. As usual she killed it under pressure.

I have been a Jinjer fan for about 8 years now, when the official video first dropped, I had such a surprising emotional response when Tatiana came on stage I got the chills and a tear in my eye. Tatiana has such a stage presence. She may be tiny in size, but when she hits that stage she has the presence of a giant.

I saw Spiritbox inside at a venue in Melbourne, Australia and it was absolute fire. They really are that great live. Fans have been waiting to hear Courtney and Tati together for *years* and we are all very happy to hear this :)
