Very nice mark. I wander if when deleting you could not select several of the sub models and delete them at once. either select using ctrl and click individual sub models or if you want to select a sequence of models by clicking the first and then shift+click the last one.

Yes you can, Eyal. Just remember that the entire model has to be ungrouped before you can do that. That includes any sub-groups the component you want to delete may be in.

Excellent, as always, Mark. One question: In the first example where you replaced the button with a weave, would you re-group everything when you were finished? Is there anything to be gained either way?

You certainly could, Grant. You could simply delete the MIDDLE component (the button,) from the Component Tree, then export it. That completely removes the button from the model. Leaving it there gives you the option of using either the button or the weave - or even combining the two.

@@MarkLindsayCNC Tks, Mark. I don't think that I was clear. When you first opened the clipart, it was a group of several components. You ungrouped them to replace the button with the weave. Then, you saved the new model. You didn't "re-group" all the components before saving it. I wondered if it mattered one way or another.

Oh! My mistake. (This is what I get for answering questions this early in the morning. I need more coffee...) Yes, you could certainly regroup them to keep yourself from accidentally omitting or editing something you didn't mean to edit. I'll get into it further in the Live Q&A.
