Thank you for teaching so effectively. I have a question though, since I am using an older version of Excel, I do not see the option of getting data from folder. I only have option from Text. I assume, in this case, I will not be able to populate the excel sheet with new records. Any help on it please.

I tried this using "non-legacy" content controls, inside of a table and when it saves the file, there is no data. Any Suggestions?
