Wah was one of the better ones, never seemed to have dropkicks in the venue causing issues, much friendlier scene than king street. Banging sound system and fantastic venue, except for the smokers which could hold all of 10 people comfortably but regularly had 30-50 out there lol.

100% agree bro! The other places were to infiltrated with the more darker elements off Melbournes club land. Wah was always just good people, good vibes and if you respected the place it do the same right back.

I loved Wah Wah so much I worked as a glassy there for 1 month met renata mink holly j Mike metro got demo cds off the guys I absolutely loved working there just to obtain music then went there weekly that top level bubble roof was amazing the sound was untouchable and when kalus would do a 4am recovery set it was amazing and there was one Wah Wah bday with Rudy it was insane

The G epidemic was so bad in Sydney, the cops had to lock the doors on Arq late Saturday night/ early Sunday morning, 3 levels, thousands of people and turned the lights on and searched everyone on the way out. They found 250 thousand dollars worth of gear on the ground. This was because they had so many over doses from GHB. Bouncers were taking them out the side in the alley and calling ambulances.

Wah i spent sooooo many nights there it was an awesome mixing pot of everyone from everywhere! The bouncers made that place! Noel was a bloody legend get an interview with him 🤘 Just like the revs security make revs what it is! Had countless mates play first dj sets there, met so many friends ftom there ❤ We all then became Sunday revs heads and that became the religion.. Wah saturdays to revs Sundays!! G + ice killed the Melbourne scene everyone turned into absolute fuck wits ❤ To all that made the place what it is, thank you!
