Yeah you got more hp but you got the biggest hit boxes in the game and as a massive target, it's so easy for the enemy team to focus you when your dps is dead and your supports can't get to you. Flexing getting picks only works if you can get picks while also staying alive. Otherwise you're just trading an enemy player for your own and nothing changes.
