welcome to another what I eat in a week and this one was a fun experiment: counting calories for a week to see how much I truly eat when intuitive eating! I wasn't too surprised when many of my days surpassed over 3000 calories a day. It's all about listening to your body, as always! this isn't a cheat week -- it's just me listening to my body and indulging every day in moderation! balance, baby!!
remember: health is more than calories, or weight loss, or getting perfect flat abs. It's about feeling strong, joyful and energized -- and many times, counting calories leads to not fueling yourself properly. I hope you get some healthy meal ideas from this video and get inspired to cook something yummy for yourself!

I can vouch for those probiotics, I have been using them for 2 months and they have honestly changed my life, I had severe IBS, food sensitivities, and an excess acid and chronic fatigue problem, all of my symptoms have either gone away or tremendously improved, I finally feel normal again. All those Recipes sound so good, I want to try all of them! You definitely need to open a restaurant one day

What definitely helps is the fact that she has muscle (which increases your metabolism) and is generally much more active than the average person, that means that her body needs much more calories. Of course just eat till you are satisfied, for everyone a different amount of food is needed, every single meal of hers would keep me full all day. Good on her tho, she is the main reason I wanna build muscle, I mean sure you get toned but for me it’s cause your metabolism increases and you can eat way more food lol.

Thiiisss videooo is amazinggg! I loved itt !! You are always in a good mood, you always have a smile and it's really nice to watch’! These kind of videos can be disturbing for some people but I think the way you shot your video is just great! It's not disturbing at all, on the contrary it's encouraging and especially appetizing. I wish I could be part of your family to enjoy it haha 😂 can you adopt me ?? 😂 Anyway really your diet is super balanced and it's encouraging for those who want to have a diet like that! In any case, it makes me want to! Even seeing that you eat snacks before dinner is so realistic compared to some of the what I eat in a day. depends on the ingredients + toppings. granola is pretty calorie dense in general so that can add at least 130+ depending on how much used. She also could be using full fat yogurt since she seems to have a focus on healthy fats in her diet and full fat yogurt is likely more satiating. She also could be topping it with nut butter which can add a few hundred for a couple tablespoons. Using full fat ingredients would bring up the calorie count and also the satisfaction factor

Full fat yogurt is higher in calories but it’s sooo good and filling! I never buy the low/fat free kind anymore.

I ask the same, when I track my macros eating basically the same(yogurt and fruit or any cereal/granola)it shows between 150-300 calories but nothing more..

Genuine question, why do you put so many body checks, especially of your abs, in the beginning of your videos and in your thumbnails? No hate intended, I just don't think constant body checks/shots of your stomach are necessary/helpful, especially when promoting a healthy relationship with food and exercise. What do your abs have to do with the video?

Ttbh...as someone with no healthy relationship with food, constant body checks, diarrhea, over exercising, and still has a tummy like hers...she's trying. Some of us just really have these tummies and constantly beat ourselves over it to no avail. Glad she can at least eat what she wants with no repercussions. I could too probably but mental illness stopping me.

This is my dream but I feel like this only works if you’re already “fit” I still have 30 pounds to lose so while I don’t want to track calories even though I workout 5 days a week if I eat 3000 calories I’m gonna gain

As a fellow college student, I’m wondering how you have time to both cook full meals and work out as much as you do. I love love eating nourishing/healthy foods, but end up cooking solely in my microwave or air fryer (I live in a dorm versus an apartment). Even then, it still takes me a while to make everything, and many days I don’t have much time to work out as I’m involved in a lot of extracurriculars. I just wanted a take on how you manage to balance academics/extracurriculars with working out and making meals. Do you not have time to work out some days? I’m working on not feeling guilty when I don’t have time or simply don’t feel like it, especially since I have to walk tons around campus (over 10k every day, typically). Thanks!

I agree with you! I still live at home with my family and I'm in school and working part time. It's so hard to find time to do everything. I love to cook my own meals but sometimes it takes so long. But the thing that really helps me is getting up extra early. I try to take up at 4 am every day but sometimes it's 5. With this I can have coffee and breakfast, workout, shower and get ready for school and work. Hope this helps

this is literally so amazing, I'm always scared of eating too much and gaining weight but honestly health is above all, eating a healthy nutritious meal and exercising in a way that is fun and active for your body matters a lot more than a number on a scale

There might be something about your intestines, you should get checked by a doctor 💕

Bloating is a normal thing that our bodies do. It does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with you 💕

A little bloating is okay but if it causes pain or discomfort you should see a doctor if you can! You might have some food intolerances that you are unaware of

Like everyone has said bloating but can be normal! But if it is uncomfortable then definitely so see a health professional or a dietician, because they can help you figure out the root cause. Also, chronically underrating for whatever your body needs can also cause some issues like that (obvi everybody is different and you should know your body best :)

Are you eating tons of fruits and veg? All the fiber content might be irritating your system. Some people do better on lower fiber amounts.
