There are so few that you can trust. Personally even lifelong friends whom I implicitly trusted tried to involve me in revenge after her affair with a boss & work colleague went badly wrong. Luckily my attitude has always been that work & affairs should never be mixed. When I said no she caused me so much trouble at work I ended up leaving a job & ending a thirty year friendship I loved. I’d never considered something like this could happen. It took away a lot of my confidence & I’m still sad about it. Even if you are loyal with moral values you can’t count on that from anyone other than yourself.

Nobody lets the lawyers of the other party takes care of all legal paperwork, especially with a powerful and heartless family that only thinks about their gains. Was listening and ‘resting’ my eyes. Heard James say “women are wanting money out of men from the child maintenance” etc…boom eyes were open. Really interesting podcast.
