My dad was my first love, my hero, and truly one of a kind. It's been 2 years, but still feels like yesterday. I pray you'll get through the days to come. It's not going to stop hurting, your heart will just adjust to it. I can't say that to be true. It's what I've heard. I'm still trying to grieve. My brother too. After he beat 3 different cancers, and could still bench 400lbs at 75, he was indestructible to us. Unfortunately, Covid won. We didn't see that coming. Everybody's days are numbered from my understanding. Just never seems fair. Thanks again for an awesome early 4th celebration. 🎆

I'm so sorry for your loss. I recently lost my mom as well, on the 2nd of July. She had stage 4 cancer. It still hits me pretty hard every morning I wake up, and I'll never be the same for a long time. But if anything I am grateful she is no longer in pain, no longer suffering. She is in heaven with her dad again, and happy. Hang on in there and be strong.

My mum had a mole appear on her chest in the shape of a heart 4 days after my dad passed away. Something she's never had before. Hey Omar! Missing you already!! I just might go vegan! I start to feel guilty eating meat when I see animals living their lives on a farm. We are born omnivores and I know it's a natural thing and part of our food chain. I can't eat steaks anyway since I get hives half the time. Chicken is good but pasture raised organic chicken is getting expensive anyway. I don't feel guilty eating pasture raised eggs although expensive too. I do like will caught salmon too. I do like making chicken and vegetables and would miss that if I start going the fruit, vegetable and hight protein bean diet. Going vegan can be a gassy situation if you know what I mean! lol

Hey Omar ty for your videos and I wanted to say I just lost my baby girl here in Florida on June 7th on 52 she died in a crash, she was 26 years old and just graduated college in May of this year so I feel your pain and I wanted to just say sorry for losing your mom !
