I sometimes do follow their optimization guides too but whenever they said "download the optimization pack. Link in the description below" yeah that's a bad idea. I would rather do my own registry tweak than apply some random stuff/run random batch file you downloaded online. Remember, if you give him a fish, he will full for a day. But if you give him a fishing rod, he will be full for the lifetime. So always provide the tutorial only, not the file itself. It looks very obvious and shady. Even worse when you are nobody with small channel in this vast of KZbin universe. Unless you are mindless and only trust some random dudes online.

I've been involved in the PC Optimizing community for many years and there are a lot of bad apples out there so thank you for pointing some out. All information used for these are accessible publicly and does not require payment, and you gain more by doing these yourselves rather than asking some1 else to do it for you. You learn and such things can also be very hardware specific so results may vary. Most these people not only use malicious code, scam, but they also do not credit their findings and claim it is theirs. Many of these people also do not know what these tweaks do to begin with and can cause more harm than good even if they did not mean it. By following a publicly available guide you are already ahead of 98% of players out there so you do not gain a lot of benefits from these services anyway. If you still wish to purchase such services, avoid buying software because the code can be anything. Do not buy OSs, because selling modified versions of Windows is illegal. Only buy live, screensharing services from reputable people in the community.

I 100% agree. PC optimization packs are complete bogus. As someone who made a video on leStripeZ, (pls don't watch) I called him out for faking his benchmark, claiming that he had 240 FPS on his GTX 460. I even heard that he tells his mods to not say that his "tweaks" are viruses. He was also really rude to me as well after I tried to politely cooperate with him. All of these "tweakers" are manipulating their audience into thinking these work.

I’m not gonna lie, I tried exm’s command prompt script and it has a ton of different tweaks for multiple pc components. I shit you not, I went from a non stable 200 fps in Fortnite (4070 + r5 5600x) to being able to pull over 1300+ fps in some scenarios. I used a handful of the useful looking tweaks and it did wonders. I am aware, however, that it comes with a risk.

As a Tweaker, myself I constantly get bombarded by screenshots of virus total. But what people fail to understand, is more than 95% of the time said tweaks will be flagged. I can guarantee you if you have a good program that actually tweaks your computer very nicely, then it will be flagged. These sort of videos only add to the misinformation craze. I have to personally deal with. Most tweakers nowadays will send you a screenshot of virus,total not showing anything, and I find that a bit disingenuous because that’s not true. a simple .bat changing system settings will be flagged. I obviously don’t condone the scammy websites, as I am a person who pushes for public tweaking knowledge, and does not charge money for access to what I’ve created or have compiled.

THATS CRAZY VOUCH (twitter handle here) for just the low price of 95$ he ran some batch scripts on my pc and now im tapping heads!!!" (this placebo will last for a week then they'll reinstall windows and pay 95 bucks again) literally the only boost they get is from them changing the profile from balanced to high performance, and the rest is the HPET being disabled and now your pc cant count frames properly 💀

the video is good apart from when you show the website reports from the various services you used, websites like this are not very reliable for accurately assessing threats, they false flag a surpising amount of the time and are easily bypassed with little technical knowledge. Example; at 7:43 you showed a 'medium security risk', but on closer inspection it was due to the detection site facing an error whilst trying to load the 'javascript(0)' page for some reason, not because it was deemed as malicious. maybe if you do this again in the future you could use a virtual machine and actually follow pop-ups and download the potentially malicious software to prove your points further.

5600 should be fine 85% of the time, most 12th gen max out around 6600 (on 600 series boards) , if you have installed cpuz check spd and dram manuf. and voltage , hynix are desirable as they should almost always work and even clock faster if with bit of work, micron might struggle at that speed and Samsung should be fine

Just wanna say i installed lestripez pc tweak 2 years ago and my pc was fully destroyed. All my files got corrupted and i had to factory reset my pc and purchase new parts

Looks like you need to optimize that pc brother what do you have done to it so far you can definitely get over 200 fps likely 240 out of that system on low Builds and performance mode mode 100%

Hey khorvie wondering if my significantly slow ram 2133mhz dd4 would bottleneck performance in fortnite with a 12th gen i7 and 3070v. To what degree do u think it would affect performance

bro you need to clock your ram higher in bios, google how to do it for your motherboard you'll see a 40-50% performance improvement.

Yeah the 2133 sounds like stock speeds on ram, if youre able to xmp in bios you should see a nice performance benefit

@@khorvietech My ram is old because I originally built my pc in 2013 and upgraded it recently. I can’t enable stock XMP profile (2666mhz) without BSOD. My bios is updated and I’m running a gigabyte z690 I think. Could it be a compatibility issue with the vhipset or u reckon it’s not hardware related. Either way probs time for new ram

So definitely check for a bios update and if that doesnt work to fix your bsod with xmp, check out your motherboard compatibility for new ram and get that upgrade asap. At least 16gb of ram
