I hate plagiarism on KZbin. J Aubrey copied the exact format for a video I helped construct and I know he watched the video because it included information that i specifically remembered off memory that you can’t just find through research. Not only did it come out AFTER the creator I helped uploaded their video, but he got more views on it aswell. It’s disappointing when it’s so blatant.

Yup I think he really believes that I remember in LKIAB there was a topic unrelated to KZbin but the idea being the same of someone essentially taking credit and the originator asking for that credit. I remember the consensus being niggas feeling like the controversy and exposure alone is worth it ignoring that when niggas steak they aren’t doing it to give exposure they just trying to get away with it quietly. Smaller content creators do benefit from the exposure from bigger content creators. However, the extent to which they benefit varies. In terms of reach the video he made will reach fewer people since there is a substitute( Rebounds video) on the market that is competing for the same market. The point you raised about Mr. Beastifying content is accurate since it can help attract a younger audience ( which tends to spend more time on youtube). All in all it is a messy situation to be in for any creator.

The bigger content creator will never give the smaller content creator enough exposure to “reimburse” the money the bigger content creator makes off of basically stealing their content. The flip side is, said bigger content creator is giving the smaller content creator less exposure by occupying a potential impression.

Why this mf not submit a copyright claim notice? Like if he has strong case (idk i didnt watch his video and the rebound video) he could get the video taken down. And if he has a strong case and they try to counter claim they'll lose and he'll get a nice check. But instead he's acting that he can't do anything even though anyone regardless of size can get destroyed by copyright. At the very least he'll get their video deleted if he really feels what he feels and he believes he has a strong case of them stealing his content.
