Let me stop you right there. The LFA was originally created to be the fastest, but the original prototype didn’t use carbon fiber, and was scheduled to come out earlier than it did. Had it come out at that time, it would have been an incredibly impressive car on paper, not just to sound good. Then at the very last moment, someone at Toyota have the LFA engineers permission to use carbon fiber, delaying the release of the car, so by the time it did see the light of day, competitors had not only caught up, but exceeded the LFA’s capabilities

Yeah, I'm already experiencing that problem as a Koenigsegg fan. I like Koenigsegg because it's a local business, and I appreciate the way they engineer their cars. However, now people are overhyping it, and as a result, it's being criticized for being overrated. This has led to me being bullied and harassed online for liking Koenigsegg. The echo effect was a perfect explanation. Hating on a car to be different when It doesn't need to be hated It just need a little bit less hype. Thanks for bringing this up. I’m going to have to straighten you out on the Hellcat/Demon/Etc… They’re awful cars. Firstly, they’re not fast, and straight lines aren’t racing. I do race, real circuit track, and I know of what I speak. The MOPAR platform in all its iterations, is garbage. Too heavy, bad build quality, no cornering capability, despicable owner community, and awful reliability. If you think it’s fast or good in any way, you truly don’t know much about performance vehicles. Furthermore, they’re not at all Muscle cars. They’re GT cars. If you go in a straight line and think you’re a racer, you need to experience what actual racing is.

The reason for the Hellcat hate is not only because tbf it is a very heavy car, but it was a good amount down to owners thinking they had the fastest car in the world when it came out. And since the Hellcat when it came out was seen as a cheap way for alot of horsepower and how owners acted the Hellcat quickly became the benchmark. Because the _”problem”_ is not the engine, but the fact that the Supra and the BMW Z4 use the same chassis and basically everything else, not just the engine. The Hellcat is fast and sounds great. The issue is the owners. It also is a sort of a one trick pony. It can go fast in a straight line. That’s about it. When they brought back that style with the new gen challengers, people actually LOVED when it initially came out because it was a perfect encapsulation of Dodge in the new age. I'm convinced that it is just the American car community. I bought a Skyline as my first car when JDM Imports were starting to roll in. The Canadians, Aussies, and Kiwis were extremely helpful towards their American brothers getting Skylines legally for the first time. I still think the C8 is not a true Vette. Its going to be a nightmare to maintain. Way too overpriced, too small inside, no manual. I didnt care, until Mary Barra dropped the Camaro. So no 7th gen. Its done, production could start tomorrow but nope. And the cherry on the crap sundae is the data collection, monitoring and snitching on you to insurance. So if you gun it harder, breaking no laws, your insurance goes up. Even on a track. Done. And when you have 12 cars, that tiny bump up, multiplies to all your cars. Its just not worth it. I agree but i feel like on the LFA thing people just genuinely don't like it. I'm one of those people and i personally never liked it, I never use tiktok and barely even watched car yourubers but i heard people talking about about how it sounded so good and i looked it up and i honestly didn't like the sound. taht was when there was only few people disliking how it sounds, and i have always liked the sound of Boxers and deeper sounding cars. i just think they don't like how it sounds.

Anything that goes over 120mph ain't slow. Any car with fully independent suspension(Dodge LX platform), should be able to turn, the fact there was no variant not for straight line speed was pathetic.
