Before the playoffs they made a big deal of them not having Avery Bradley “they weren’t the favorites before but now without Avery Bradley it makes it harder for them to even get out of the west”, In the Blazers series they said “they’re not your typical series they said “this isn’t your typical 8th seed it’s not impossible to say the Blazers beat the Lakers” after game 1 yet they went to gentlemen sweep the Blazzers, same with the Rockets they said “Huston has a very good chance to beat the Lakers, they have no bigs but can our score the lakers by raining 3s on them” after game 1 and again Lakers gentlemen swept them after, then the Clippers blew a 3-1 lead and all of a sudden they “dodged” the Clippers, very clearly they didn’t have what it took to win a fair playoff game, if Kristaps would’ve been healthy the whole series then no doubt they would’ve beat the Clippers, yet they faced the EXACT same team that beat the clippers and said “they’re dangerous, they beat the clippers they came back down 3-1 twice this postseason, they’re not gonna be scared of the Lakers” and again got beat in 5, Miami, I’m a heat fan so trust me when I tell you this team is still underrated, it’s like these people didn’t watch these guys step up and become a force in the league they beat the pacers Bucks and the Celtics, 2 of the teams which were upsets even if no one wants to admit it most people said the Bucks and Celtics would beat them, so they’re not this bad team that only made it because the East was bad yes Dragic was injured yes Bam was injured yes they where arguably the 2nd and 3rd most important players on that team but like I’ve said with the Warriors in 2015, like I said with the Raptors in 2019, Warriors in 2018 in the WCF yes the opposing team sustained very bad injuries that would’ve changed the outcome but at the end of the day you beat the team that’s in front of you you can’t change that stuff, Idc what any excuse anyone brings the Lakers won that championship fair and square

We do this, while in the same breath, saying that players like Steph Curry (prior to KD) had to too much “help,” with Klay Thompson and Draymond, knowing that Curry had to develop their talent for years before they got good. As great as LeBron is, he doesn’t develop talent, he joins teams, coordinates trades, poaches, whatever you want to call it, to get great talent. And that’s fine. He has championship aspirations and he’s going after it. Now granted, Steph received KD later on, which was his 1st number 1 option outside of himself, while LeBron has had at least 6 prior number one options on his teams, while also being a top 5 player himself, if not outright the best player in the world. That’s a big difference. LeBron has had great, great teams, barring his first few years in Cleveland and of course, the Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Cavs team he took to the finals, which was an amazing feat, by him, no doubt. However, the man is going into his 18th season. He’s had great teammates for a minimums 10 years, and he has won 4 titles out of those 10, with those great teams. Enough already with the overshadowing of his teammates. If you love and know basketball, you already understand how great LeBron is, we don’t need to pretend like his teammates aren’t amazing at what they do. He’s a champion. Period. But we need to stop pretending like he won these titles as a “single player.” And that’s with all due respect, my friend.
