So you know what you are dealing with and you feel the need to share this information. Is it a good move to expose the narcissist whilst you are being devalued and how will he or she respond if you do?

I exposed, but not to help him he can't be helped. It was for me to heal. I did it publicly to get it out and move forward. With mutual friends, he was exposed. They supported me, not him. I told him I would do it and I did. People blasted him, because they know me and they also know him. I have no fear of a narcissist, after all you narcissists are so insecure. I win! I am a survivor!

Well done @TeddyScassera - three years of gathering hard evidence from recordings to whereabouts to testimonies from others he cheated with. I'm doing this just like you. People have to finally understand why things changed for me the way they did. It's not about him, it's about me.

Great advice!!! Stay quiet, only patience can effectively and safely expose the narc. U have to posses what the narcissist doesn't have; patience and self control to effectively be vindicated!!

Narcissist are not some evil demon possessed force. They are people who grew up in an abusive, neglectful household. My father was ASPD. I had one brother, and one sister who were very narcissistic. It is not that they did not have feelings, it is just they were so consumed with their own pain, there was no room for anyone else. Yes they would hurt family and anyone for their own gain. Growing up with them I can see what made them they way they were. You do have to love them from a distance.

Excuses. I grew up in a much more toxic and abusive environment then my narcs. I CHOSE TO BECOME A BETTER PERSON, I CHOOSE to treat people with decency love and not try to destroy them. THEY CHOOSE TO BE THE WAY THEY ARE AND THEY LIKE IT!! We will ALL stand before the Almighty judge one day, soon, the truth will all come out then. PEOPLE REAP WHAT THEY SOW! Every knee will bow, every tongue will confess that JESUS IS LORD!

@@pypermae9019 totally agree. My childhood was more than toxic but I don't go around and hurt and destroy people. On the contrary! ITS A CHOICE. THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT, HOW AND WHEN THEY DO. Creepy cowards in an adult body.

No need to expose. They expose themselves....just lean back and wait. Their stare doesn't affect me. I stare back and they can't stand it. They have one big weakness: underestimating people. Might be they play others easily but bc of their "It's all about me" and "I'm so grandious" thinking they won't even realise they got played already. We all find our master sooner or later.

Actually, I pray for my two narcissist exes and wish them well. They are mentally ill/demonically possessed, and it's a waste of a life that could have been happy. It's like my murderous schizophrenic uncle; he's been mad since age 19 when he contracted meningitis, and the fever ruined his brain. He came back from college and started strangling and shooting at family members. My uncle doesn't know he's sick, and doesn't understand why he's in an asylum. His paranoid delusions are real to him; he actually believes the voices telling him that grandma was trying to poison him. So it's just best to have compassion for yourself, the narcissist, and stay out of their way. Some people can only be loved from a distance.

Obviously they know what they do. In knowing that they don't want to change whatso ever, that tells me that they really do not deserve help and that each time they abuse a person, we should use extra funds to build more prisons for narcissists/psychopaths. A separate facility for these insane people to live so that decent sane people can live peacefully. They should have all of their priveledges taken away and left to think about their bad behavior. Just rot in it. And, they should be ordered to do thoughtful things like serve people in the community but, closely guarded and chained.

The power of the narcissist is that he/she has the capacity of limitless lies, is experienced in their usage, is prepped completely in advance for the smear of the empath, and care about nothing of the casualties which may result. The empath is burdened with wanting to avoid collateral damage to the innocent. Reminds me of Hillary and Obama.

God doesn't require anyone to go too hell, he gives us chance after chance. He said turn from your wicked ways and I will hear from Heaven. Repent of your sin. God will cause calamity he said they eat up my people like bread and don't even think about praying to god. His wrath is far worst, than us trying to seek revenge, he said I will revenge.

Patrick Pepin from a Christian point of view they all have the same father -the devil-Satan himself who was once lucifer so Lucifer beguiles, seduces and deceives as he can transform himself into an angel of light-they follow after the same exact pattern they have no free will so when you have seen one narcissist essentially you have seen them all -and just like Baskin and Robbins they may come in 32 flavors lol -somatic, victim , altruistic, covert , etc... but they are like human robotoids -with very few exceptions they are Solis creatures yes there are exceptions to every rule if you catch them in the budding Norsis cystic phase when they're in their teens maybe early 20s and they're in massive psychotherapy and have God on their side then there is a chance otherwise they are all Cut from the same cloth so I guess rather monotonous when you wake up to this when you see it whether it's a friend acquaintance a business colleague or intimate partner you would want to run and flee as fast as you can -they are modern day vampires who as HG Tudor says lives only for narcissistic supply or what he calls fuel fuel fuel ⛽️

HG, you again state that the Mid-Ranger doesn't know what they are, despite, to take one key example, the industrial-scale cheating of which they must be conscious, given their very conscious steps to hide it? For them to not know what they are, it seems they must (a) Project their cheating onto others and therefore fully dissociate from it, (b) not remember their cheating, which is stored away in another DID-style 'Part' in the background, or (c) convince themselves that everyone cheats like they do and therefore they are normal (despite the huge jealousy they feel if they catch their partner looking at someone else, which suggests they would not be comfortable with the idea of their partner cheating on them)?

CJ Hunt: I completely agree. I *used to* attract greater mid-range elite narcs almost exclusively. I've been everything from IPPS to (unknowing) dirty little secret and though some may not have had a label for themselves, they KNEW something was wrong with them, that they were different from most, that they broke rules & laws and LIKED it. One even admitted to me his deep need for attention/fuel. They may not be able to identify every why and how like the Greaters, but they know what they want and what works. Most also do NOT want help or change.

Doesn't matter if you did anything offensive; and it doesn't matter how much good you did for them. [A] they rarely remember that you did good to help them, and/or, they minimize it to almost nothing; [B] it is all about how a narcissist *_perceives_* anything someone else says or does; facts are ignored, or, when those cannot be ignored, the narc. will skillfully weave bits of truth into their stories,...doing that, gives the aroma of truth to the whole story, so listeners have a very hard time identifying those as fictions. Internet, media, industries...littered with that! They have huge capacity for creating/perceiving entire, complicated fictions about what others _supposedly_ say or do to them. Once a narc. starts believing the story they perceive/cook up, it's rare that anything, even hard evidence, will induce them to recant, or believe the actual truth. Further, since humans have tendency to more deeply believe passionately delivered stories, and narc.'s are great at that kind of delivery, once the fictions are passionately embedded into other people's minds, those start believing them, too... this is what makes "truth by consensus" more pervasive. This is a large part of what has gone increasingly haywire with media, jurisprudence, government, academia, and religions, as more and more narcissists/psychopaths/borderline personalities get into positions of power. ...Because, narcissists getting into positions of power and control is pretty common anyway; but more so, since for the past 20-30 years, there have been increasing numbers of those per population.

So true about the mid ranger and he is the religious kind he targeted me in church when ad just broken up. I was excited finding out about narcissism and wanted to let me know what has been taunting me all this years. Like you say he charmed everyone and people were thinking I must be crazy to even say that about him. They were telling me just to forgive if I had issues. Therefore not having been understood has led me to isolate and this is in the developing world where you cant realy get help. Narcissism is probably not known at all therefore am kind of stuck but learning to help myself while within.

my most recent narc experience indicates yes, but its not normal empathy it appears in two ways: some how knowing you want something even if its a fleeting thought and they jump across the room to get it and hand it to you. this is hypervigilance, the narc is a narc starting with his relationship with a parent, as a child the narc had to be able to infer the mood of their care giver constantly to protect themselves from the sudden rages. the second is a cold empathy, they listen intently to you so they can store the info for use in attacks later on in the relationship. they act like they accept you for you and all your faults too, but they are using those faults as ammo for a later date.
