Facts. There’s days when I get so overwhelmed by anxiety and bad lifestyle habits to the point where I just want to give up completely on life and hope for the best that something like reincarnation exists so I’ll be reborn probably someone better. But then I read or watch a Bruce Lee quote or documentary that snaps me right back into reality. This man’s quotes and perception on life is almost nearly supernatural- yet still human and down-to-earth. It speaks a lot of volumes to me. It gives me the strength and tenacity to keep it pushing forward through a shitty life a little bit longer. ❤👍

Dont know why i cried..im 26. Been training martial arts half my life. Mainly Muay Thai but always had a philosophical feel to the art of combat. .my brother killed himself 4 months ago and apart of me died 2 years ago fighting my own demons..and i havent fought since, Battling my own demons..and now im back at it..maybe its my time to express myself again...be well all .
