Wow! You and your 2” brush are about the best dance partners I’ve seen. What a privilege it was to witness this, so inspiring ! You’ve made me rethink painting and I’m eager to try this method. Cheers!

“Rarely do I take a painting literally …” When you say that as you worked the background it illustrated the point for me. Thank you for sharing your talents.

WOW! I'm so new... no training, no nothing. Bought your book and tried a couple of projects, stacked coffee cups and creamer cup... then I found your videos. This will help me so much. Thank you for teaching us how to do this.

I really enjoyed watching and listening to your video. I learned quite a bit in a short amount of time. I am looking forward to painting a rooster now using your method. My instructor wants the class to paint an analogous painting, even using up to half of the color wheel. I think a very colorful rooster might work well for this project! Thank you!

I bought the big brush but in the end I went back to the smaller brushes. I love the colours you used and did them with smaller brushes. It doesn't look bad.

I very much enjoyed your video! I am a beginner with painting, and I definitely am too 'tight' when it comes to my strokes. I need to loosen up and be more painterly.

Patti, I stumbled across your name via Curry's Art Supplies. I see people below asking questions and yet no reply from you. I would love to follow your video art lessons, but if you don't communicate or respond, is there a point? Thanks, Dec. 2/16).

I HAVE A TIP SKETCH AND THEN COVER ALL THE CANVAS THEN DETAIL SO THE BACK ROUND LOOK MORE NICER AND ALL SO STROKE IN ONLY ONE LINE

I guess you should prepare background first. And it have to be smoother to contrast with object.
