@@Myrna_MG Hi Tita Mol, How warm is it in Toronto? to answer your question, I had attended some cooking classes way back, also, had a long tradition of home cooks, beginning with my great grandma. I love to cook! (and eat 💚 good food) I also took care of my parents when they were still around, and both of them required special diets, because of their health. So, I learned a lot about food and its effect on health, some from health professionals, some from my own readings and wanted to impart those bits of knowledge to everyone who might be interested. 🧡

@@JeyN-sc3zh Hi Jeyn, there is a heat warning currently. My watch says it's 30C but i am guessing it is like 34. I took note of the dish you just posted, that will work for me. I will try veg broth, though, as I do not eat meat and its broth. Will look forward to more of your posts, and good luck on your vlogging journey.
