First off; officially welcome back. You've been missed. I like your darker hair. Not more than the blonde look, but then again, it's not my hair to colour. ;) As for the home ....it is spectacular. I like modern homes and this one was done very tastefully. I'm not a chandelier person as I think most are just ugly, but this home has some attractive ones. Both indoor and outdoor space was well designed. As for the corner of that wall painting .....I'm sorta on the fence about it it. 😀

Beautiful home the entire house seems so bright and spacious and the views from the location aren't bad either. Great tour as always. Just a personal note, I visited Magic Mountain when I was in 7th grade for the first time and didn't return again till I was in 11th grade and I still remember that special feeling and excitement of getting to go back, and had never had that feeling again until today when I got to see the return of your tours, just thought I'd share it. The weeks are going to be soooo long waiting for Sunday to get here😊.

Outstanding property, of course, but I had reservations about a home at this price point overlooking a street and neighbors until I saw the view from the patio/pool area. Very nice. If buying, I would need to make sure I also owned the higher land just above the rear to prevent future issues. I was disappointed there was not more of a formal office in the house, the crow’s nest would be better as a reading nook, but hey, nothing is perfect and wouldn’t you rather have cabinets in the kitchen instead of shelving? It gets cold on the coast, so that rear patio between the house and the bank with fireplace would get used a lot, especially watching football (Go Blue!).

Hey William, thank you for your feedback! I will say that although the backyard is somewhat on display to the neighborhood, the only time somebody ever walked, or drove down the street within the two days of filming was probably towards the latter half; not to mention, it was an old woman with care. But I do understand your concerns! Also, the front yards of the houses that were across the street were more private as to where their hang out area was on the side or back of their house, so you still did have privacy. Yes! The crows nest was a unique spot. Thank you for your comment!
