Do a drill where you shoot at the backboard, with your elbow fully extended so that it isolates your wrist snap hard and it forces you to have a clean, strong, powerful wrist snap. You would have the elbow extended and simply snap the wrist as hard as you can to make it come off the backboard.

@@roiperico5006 yes it works depends on how many reps and things you do i did different variations of this to help my range extend i also tried to incorporate consistency drills with it like making 10 without missing 2 in a row

@@paulgeorge9228 it helps depending on the player and mechanics every shooter is different and goes through different learning styles so try it and see if it works for you and then modify it if needed
