so first you gotta have a computer. record the video and convert it to mp3 or use an mp3 converter site. if youre on apple you can go through a very long tedious process of syncing itunes from your laptop to your phone through "home sharing" (think thats what its called) and eventually itll be a song on apple music. you can go onto alarm and set it there. idk about android or samsung though... can make a vid if you want
