I love Jodie Foster. We are the same age so I grew up with her. I remember her going back to The Courtship of Eddie's Father (TV). She was hilarious in Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore. I wasn't at all surprised she ended up having a magnificent career as an adult. She directed two of my favorite movies, "Little Man Tate" and "Home for the Holidays".

I have watched Jodie in nearly everything she's done and have always been so impressed, so amazed at how she portrays her characters. I can't wait to see what she does as she gets older. I think she's going to have delicious characters what will stick with the ages.

I absolutely loved Nyad. I thought it was refreshing and incredibly inspiring. Annette did such great work and Jodi was such a joy to watch. I got the fact that this was a true story about women overcoming this idea that at a certain age you're done, but not at all the case. Jodi keeps rocking it and I keep watching it. Thank you!

@lindagranitto73408 ай бұрын
Jodie Foster is such a perfectionist; she came to the Juilliard Pre-College Division (when I was director) to walk around and take in the atmosphere of genius at work and play. I approached my friend, composer Bruce Adolphe who was the teacher of the youngster Little Man Tate was based on. They agreed to have JF in for an extended visit; she was so impressed with the multi-talented youngster who came in as a piano major and then added composition to his resume--(he had never heard of her, which I think particularly touched her) The final version of the movie had so many mannerisms and characteristics of Ore (means "light" in Hebrew). For those who were familiar with Ore, he was recognizable!😀🥰

Again similar to Robin Williams who saw his entire career from the early days to his Oscar win and nominations, I also followed Jodi Foster career love her great actress certainly in front of the cameras but phenomenal behind the cameras OMG 😳 . I go through periods when I know Jodi Foster is very much retired and she's definitely earned that distinction. But I wonder well what is she doing now or movie she might be in or make. She's awesome 👍. I know I go on & on about Robin Williams I love him so much.
