If you would of filed for a one year visa with multiple entry's before you left the USA it only cost $90. Total from the Philippine embassy in America takes 10 days 2 weeks to process they mail it to your American address

I love Marquee, and you going to get your VISA extension is a truly enjoyable experance. The other thing is: the bathrooms have tissue at Immigration; you need to get it from dispensers outside the CRs. My wife loves the KFC best as they have free gravy-all you can use! I hate Jollibee as I am diabetic only because they have no diet soda! My favorite is the S&R Pizza place on the 3rd floor across from the cinema. Please enjoy A/C; Pampanga is the food capital of the Philippines! And A/C is soon to be my hometown.

i did my visa in Olongapo...its a small office in and out pretty quick. we are in dinalupihan bataan about 45 mins from Angeles City. we still go there shopping just because there is more to offer and your right many nice restaurants

I use the immigration office in San Fernando, La Union. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Just make sure you are wearing decent attire. no singlets or thongs.

The Manila immigration is so much worse it can be a real zoo. I went there with flip flops on and after waiting in line for hours I was told to come back another time with shoes on (got married with those shoe on) So I went to a cobbler across the Pasig river and returned, After getting married I obtained a permanent visa and then only had to go to municipio (city hall) in my area and pay 80 Pesos one time a year. However the permanent visa was costly but worth it. But keep your nose clean if you think you may want one some day. Life was great until I lost my good health. Now I am an old man with great memories. Enjoy life now it does not last forever.

You got options. 1.) 13a visa because you're married to a Filipina and wont have to ever worry about a overstay. 2.) Philippines Citizenship because you're married to a Pinay you'll probably need a lawyer for this one. 3.) 6 month extended visa for about 13,800 PHP which will save you some money over 3,000PHP per 30 days. Get the crowbar out and pry open up that wallet my friend. ROFL

I lived there for just over two years. I left twice, the rest of the time was on extending tourist visas. N.B. If you stay more than 4 months you need an exit visa. When going to the immigration office you need to dress properly. Pants,shirt and shoes,no sandles. They won't let you in the door if you are not "properly" dressed.

Our marriage was registered at the Philippine Consulate in San Francisco 3 years ago as well. Either way, I'll find out in about 3 weeks! I flew my wife over already, as she was laid off for the season early this year. I can't say I'm gonna miss 3+ months of Christmas! LOL!
