Killer views for sure and unlikely to change for a few decades. However, at the moment we’re still living in General Lunacy and can’t wait to watch the Lind construct their wonderful new hotel and wall right in front of us :)

I've heard you mentioned surrounded by creek. Abd I've seen a water tank there. You think water is not a issue on the area. Cebu city is one of the worst place for reliable water that on news now. So I curious on the situation there. Regardless, way better than GL for sure

Water isn’t an issue as long as it rains a lot, Cess. If our dreams come true, we’d have two water tanks and rely on rain water for our primary water supply. If it’s particularly dry, getting water delivered and/or showering at Bebet’s might be our only option. As you know, there’s no ideal place or situation :)

Hello im also planning to buy a small farmlot in Siargao. And make my own buhay kubo. Do u know if its hard to covert a lot classified as agriculture to a residental lot there? Because its not allowed to build on a agriculture lot right?

It’s certainly possible but you’ll need some cash and the right person to process the paperwork in Surigao :)
