Love that wheel and hubcap package. Wish my a250 still had hers.

Thanks for taking the time to watch the video! Sorry to hear about your rig, I had looked in the past to see if they made aftermarket hubcaps or if some were for sale, but the pickings were slim to none. Glad to hear that there are still more trucks out there as even here in Arizona, Dodge's are not too common from this era.

Thanks for watching the video! I do appreciate these trucks as I've seen very few 3rd generation D/W series trucks in my area. I do have the tailgate trim as well, and might put it on, but might end up saving the installation until I repaint the truck.

I want it bad.

Thank you for watching! The truck still has a long distance to go in the restoration process, as I'm trying to track down much of the pieces before I can repaint it. Therefore until then I will continue to make future videos on the process and updates as I move forward.

@@Macs_Garage I had a 70 model that came from Dobbins Air Force base. It was a grounds truck. I’ve seen them several times in old movies running around the airport. Best ride I ever owned. Go. Go. Go slant 6.

@@crawwwfishh3284 Sounds like it was a special rig. I do appreciate seeing the earlier body style as out here in Arizona, I've only ever seen a handful of earlier D/W series trucks. The slant six is a fantastic engine, A great leaning tower of power.

@@Macs_Garage And elder man said to me once the slant 6 can’t be beat. As a young man I said to him why did they quit making them. He said they can’t make money off of what doesn’t tear up. Enjoy Sir. I’m still looking for mine.

Thanks for watching the video Mike! I couldn't have done it without your help on drilling out the holes in the fender correctly so I could put the final trim pieces on. Thanks again!

Wow! Super clean ride! Nice job

Thank you for watching the video! The truck is by no means perfect but I'm glad to have the trim put back on the truck and find another piece to the puzzle.

Post Video Clarification ~ the coolant reservoir that is on the truck in the video is a later add on that is not factory to the truck.

Thanks for watching! Unfortunately the truck isn't for sale, and while I can say that, anything can happen in the future that might change things down the road. Until then I'll continue to restore and work on it while having the privilege to own it.

Hi, just bought a 72 d200 camper9000 and needs new tires. What's the tire and size in your truck?
@Macs_Garage7 ай бұрын
Thank you for watching! The tires I have on my truck specifically are Firestone TransForce H/T. They are a 9.50R16.5LT 121/117R. Let me know if that helps 👍
