Omg u guys are so sweet 🥺🥺🥰 there's ups & downs of course but so is life... lots has happened since I wrote this comment, good & bad, but one thing is a realisation that, as trivial as it sounds, life is what u make it. I've been trying hard to work on my perspective & how I choose to view things & the things I choose to assume & it makes a big difference 🥲. Granted, some things still get hard. Yummy!! A little tip next time make the cheese sauce first and then add all the pasta :) It melts fast in the milk and butter and gets thicker :)

Jennifer Aldana never done it this way before! I was secretly nervous I was going to burn the cheese if I put it right in the pan - that hot plate is no joke! 😆 It gets so hot! Thought the pasta would ease the temp, turning it down was taking too long 😂

I simmer the noodles in the milk and butter to make it thick and stir in the cheeses like you did.......SO GOOD.

Try it with Burrata for the stretchiness ricotta for the creaminess and gruyere for that awesome nuttiness and start it with a simple equal parts butter and flour to make the paste and at heavy cream slowly ON MEDIUM HEAT to make simple thick cream sauce then add those cheese’s a little at a time while stirring with the heat on OFF so the sauce doesn’t curdle then add pasta and serve and enjoy!!
