Im in oregon, and our state doesnt have AC in a lot of buildings either. I work with the public and the general consensus is, we've never really needed them. Its gotten hotter over the years and we've come to borderline needing them...which seems pretty accurate to me 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
