These Extra fudgy chocolate cookies are the best possible combination of brownies and cookies. They are so much better than any chocolate chip cookies recipe and have an intense chocolatey and chewy bite to them unlike fudgy brownies. These can’t be made eggless or they’ll loose all of the fudgyness, But don’t worry cause I’ve developed a chocolate chip cookies eggless recipe too for all the vegans out there and it will be uploaded soon!!!

65 grams butter
100 grams chocolate
1 egg
50 grams brown sugar/ Raw cane sugar
60 grams white sugar
65 grams maida
1 1/2 big spoon cocoa powder
1/2 small tsp baking powder

Hey! Although I’d recommend that you use a scale for the best results, here are the measurements (approx.) in cups: 1 cup chocolate 1/4th cup brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup powdered white sugar 1/4th cup + 1/3rd tbsp butter 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg
