He's in some funny t.v shows but he also was in a t.v miniseries called Jericho. It only lasted for 4 episodes and I think it only ended up being a mini series because the ratings were bad. However I think it's well worth a watch if you can find it! He's a great actor.

Try to find Robert Lindsay's 'Citizen Smith' from the 70's! Him and Michael Palin were great in 'GBH' too, but it's not an out and out comedy and had 'heavy' parts.
