This is the original night vision cam from the classic alien encounter attraction.
Edit 2/9/2020: It turns out the actual name of this footage is respectfully named "Eaten" the source footage of this has been on youtube this entire time but it is unlisted.
I've been given proper permission to upload this full original night vision segment to KZbin for the fans of alien encounter. Jerry rees is the one who granted me the permission to upload this.

This was probably what made the ride so scary.also the fact that the aliens commentary were acually pretty rude to you when your on the ride and really made the situation stressful and so much worse and put you in a panicked state of mind .great job on Disney’s part for doing that

Urocyon I’ve asked Jerry, who was the original director for this attraction and who also gave me this footage, if he had anymore footage such as the pre show and more from the main show. But sadly he does not. He might, but I’m not too sure on that. Probably in the future he might be able to.

This ride was one of the most impressive rides ever. You know what they should’ve done. They should’ve made the alien come out of the floor and scream at everyone and the alien just goes around and snaps his legs on you and tries to eat you when that’s going on spinlok goes to put something on the alien to push it with and after that someone from the audience will say this “I’m going to die.” And then you hear something that’s pulling the alien and the alien gets captured and eventually explodes slime on you. That should’ve been the ending of the ride instead of the maintenance one. But I have to admit the maintenance one was impressive too so I will give them that but all thought that my idea sounds all lot better. Do you agree Dark Doge? And also can I follow you on google+.

I enjoy the maintenace worker the most. It gives the show more of a realistic feel. As if something is extremely wrong and makes everyone forget that we were in the Disney park in the first place.

One thing I never understood-this video was pre-recorded, but during the actual show when the maintenance worker would look down into the audience, you’d see live feed of the people on the ride as they were in their seats. And yet here all you see is empty seats. How exactly was that done?

Actually, if you look closer, you will see that there are people in the seats. Unfortunately, due to the quality of this and how dark it is, you can't see them. Because the one they used in the show had the guests show clearer, way better.
