‘Bridgerton’: Nicola Coughlan & Luke Newton on ‘Properly HOT’ Love Scenes (Exclusive)

“Bridgerton” star Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton sat down with “Extra’s” Mona Kosar Abdi to talk Season 3, which focuses on their characters Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton. Luke spoke about his character Colin’s newfound confidence coming back into society, while Nicola explained why Penelope decides to continue being Lady Whistledown. They also talked about their characters’ romance and all the shifting dynamics, as well as navigating those “properly hot” love scenes! i think it´s amazing how this series has continued to have the same feeling in all seasons. there is kind of like this sentiment about it. also i love how diverse the carectors is and you get to see all types of races and sexualities. it makes us belive in love again. also i love the hidden love aspect of it too. now a days the carectors have sex in the first episode and it´s just so dull. also the reason why so many people like Korean dramas, because it takes you back in time, to when Love was special and rare. this show is the only show i have seen who can pull this off.

I know it looks like it, but Nicola is an extrovert, and Luke is an introvert person. He easily gets shy when talking about the 🔥 scenes, so he lets Nicola take the lead on many questions. Also, they have been friends for the past 5 years. I'm guessing they are most likely very nervous and tired from the press tour at this point. I have no doubt that they are comfortable enough to truly be themselves around each other! :)
