今の技術ではコンピュータグラフィックで似通った映像は簡単に作れると思いますが、90年代までの鉛筆の線と、セル画へ絵の具で描き、filmに焼き付けていたアニメの素晴らしさはもう二度とこのクオリティは創れない。ロストテクノロジーですね。 全てがアナログで、もの凄く手間が掛かっていた。 CGとの違いは人が描くので一枚一枚の絵に人間の思考を感じる事です。CGは意思を感じにくい。

Considering how the most powerful APFSDS round we have, Vaccum-2 has the penetration capability of 900mm at 2km and the fact that modern tank technology is slowly going back to the WW1 logic of developing bigger and heavier guns and armour, the sheer size of the gundam and potential thickness of armour would probably make any tank/aircraft carried weapon obsolete. While I can agree that building a huge tank would probably do better than humanoid robots, when you get to that size, you'd want to build them to be able to fight everywhere and carry out different tasks instead of just carrying a huge gun. That said, you can actually see them designing and building gigantic gun carriers alongside humanoids in the earlier works, and then there's the Guntank II which is basically a very tall fortress on tracks. One would argue that all of these generic models were in-use for most of the military and what we see in shows are the special-purpose mobile-suits designed for aces to destroy other suits so they can't be considered comparable to the generic models in the meat grinder.

This is what called chain of command and politics. Helicopters in this video is part of the Japanese Air Sef Defense Forces. Which means part of your own military repelled. But no one don't know exactly which part is it. In the end, it took too long to take any action in scenarios. Which is obvious and it was what main antagonist wanted to show. (Intentional Chaos.) ___________________________ What would have if Heli with logo of USAF started attacking New York? How long will it take to make to stop the Chaos? Who to blame?
