You should try fish soup. If you can't stomach eating bones, try your fresh fillets. Boil a couple along with onions and tomatoes and salt to taste (no pepper). Water just enough to cover the volume of the fish. Wait till it boils, simmer for 2 minutes and serve. A squeeze of lemon might work for you instead of the young mango. I forgot to mention half a teaspoon of MSG (not harmful to health).

He buys a VERY expensive buffalo in one video, or pays to hunt and then donates the whole thing to a near by village, he does stuff like this all the time. He’s amazing

Awesome job as always Sonny ! But what impressed me even more, that Tanzania forbids plastic bags. Take note USA !!!

While I think that's a great idea, the topic was slightly undercut by the plastic cups next to them.

Wow!! I totally love how he presented Tanzania.. ❤️💙💜 Like, these people are living in their life with much smiles and I am so envious cause they have so much fresh fish in their CAPITAL city!!.. Like most capital cities I went in my country (SEA) sucks so bad cause all food ain't that fresh and is expensive... And definitely.. This shatters the wide perception of the viewers of most African countries.. Loved it And how that lady just fried that tuna makes me miss home cause that is one of 2 ways that my family cook the tuna..
