🇻🇳 650-GRAM AGED T-BONE STEAK: Dry the beef cut in the refrigerator at 0-3 degrees celsius for 30 days (minimum). Cut it out then season with salt, olive oil. Place it on an open fire. After five minutes of grilling, have the steak rest at room temperature for five minutes. Do the grilling and cooling process three times and then serve.
🇻🇳 14-DAY DRY-AGED CRISPY DUCK: Dry the duck in the refrigerator at 0-3 degrees celsius for 14 days without any marination. Grill it on open fire for two hours. Brush duck with a combination of butter, quince vinegar and garlic every 20 minutes. Place the whole duck in a woodfire oven. Spray sherry vinegar on the duck skin. Serve with caramelized apple cuts. Pour quince vinegar sauce and a pinch of salt on top.

Dude, Sonny, I fuggin LOVE Thuyen as a cohost. You gotta keep Thuyen on the show man. She brings a whole lot of character and spirit to the show that just adds to the overall brightness of the channel in general. Not to mention she just dives right in there with you, just the right amount of trepidation at first but you know she's gonna go ahead and try anything with you. I think she's great and the two of you have great working chemistry. And no, I'm not trying to ship anyone I just mean you guys definitely compliment each other well and should definitely do more shows together!

Literally brilliant. Thuyen is almost as good as Sonny. Almost. Fantastic entertainment. My father was a gamekeeper in the sixties and eighties. I used to prep all the game. The pheasant was always hung for ten days minimum as was Hare. However, if you were hungry and a Pheasant had made it to twenty days by accident (literally green fat when you skinned it), we still ate it. And it was always delicious. Stuff was simply hung outside high up during winter. Rabbits you eat on the day they are shot. Paunched almost immediately they died. Skinned and usually stewed, occasionally fried until crisp and eaten off the bone. What a childhood I had :)
