Cabinet designer here! I suggest using MDF for the cabinet doors which is not as reactive as wood to moisture, humidity and temperature changes typical of a bathroom :)

Okay love that this is a more renter friendly bathroom makeover that doesn’t include contact paper tile. Sometimes that works in spaces but I feel like that’s always people’s solution on KZbin. The way you styled it with the existing tile and granite looks so good!

I'm going to be honest, I mostly skip explanations and all the talking to watch the actual makeover process and the end results but my eyes are just glued to the screen in your videos and I love them so much. Around 13:39 when you're reacting to the baskets not fitting like you planned, that right there is one of the main reasons I watch you and enjoy your videos so much. You have such a positive outlook on everything and it's contagious. Sometimes mistakes in makeover videos can be played up with so much drama and its kinda refreshing when you just react like "ah well, we just gotta go with the flow."

Another tip to help get crisp lines: paint over the tape first in the base color (so here, the Chantilly lace) and then over that in the top color! Painting the base color first over the tape seals it in so you get no bleeding! This is all beautiful!!

Excellent job, MaCenna 🥰 I love the colors 😍 The box your referring to is a card box for guests to put their cards in (you know ... money 😊). Bird cages are used as well because the cards can slip in the sides. I did a few weddings and made a couple card boxes that look like cakes 🎂 But, back to the bathroom ... I LOVE IT ❤❤❤

Be sure you seal the back of your artwork that you put in your bathroom with tape. It will get mildewed and wrinkly otherwise. Just the tip

Just a friendly tip! When you’re doing the steady cam with your strap try this for more a stable shot! Do the same but do it faster on and slow it down on post and it’ll come out even smoother than if you try to do it slowly while filming it :)

I love how supportive Romeo is of everything you do. Its so refreshing to see! Like the way you just decided to learn to build stuff and install light fixtures is amazing and so inspirational to the rest of us women and men! Please do a video of the basics on installing new fixtures. I have like 5 new light fixtures and I'm just nervous to do it but I know I can I have helped and watched do it before. It's just a bit intimidating. Obviously I know you turn the power off but when you do it are you turning off the power to just that room or the house???? I know asking that sounds a little crazy but I'm curious. The room looks so great love that you made the countertop and existing tile look intentional with the design. Rather than putting peel and stick over real tile. Don't get me wrong I love a peel and stick but a good designer can make it work and look like this!! Amazing! Thanks for another great makeover!!

WOW, awesome transformation. The reason why the frog tape works is when it gets wet normally with paint it swells to prevent bleeding. It's an amazing product. I also saw a video that someone used a pencil crayon to do faux ship lap.
